Dimitra Fakarou was born in Athens in 1983. She studied visual arts at the Athens School of Fine Arts and sociology at the Panteion University. In the past she has been involved with dance and music. She is mainly expressed through painting, sound and digital art, with particular experimentation and exploration of media boundaries, always based on ideas, thoughts and feelings that seek to become visible. She has participated in various exhibitions.
