Nora Barbier (1988) is a French filmmaker. She studied Contemporary Philosophy at Paris Sorbonne and École Normale Supérieure and Gender Studies at Paris 8. She received Master in Fine Arts from the School of Fine Arts in Bordeaux, France. She has worked as the production assistant for Capricci Production on films by Albert Serra, Jean-Charles Hue and Abel Ferrara. In 2018 her first film Les Yeux Bleus Cheveux Noirs was premiered at the Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin Festival and screened as part of the Bordeaux International Film Festival. It was further more included in the Xcèntric Film Archive in Barcelona. She is currently working on a medium-length film.
