Sound: coming from a vinyl turntable on stage

on an empty stage.

stripped of/liberated from external factors and technical aids.

Stage design: each and every distinct setting,
where our actions and drama unfold.
with its distinct/ inherent elements.

Skēnḗ/stage: a defined space and time used for action.

P.S.: A scene where motion and the communication of bodies in dialogue with a space are the great-

est source for action and composition. The placement of bodies in a defined space/time unavoidably nourishes synthetic communications between them. On stage, six bodies negotiate possible ways of coex- istence through the creation of microcosms. In a condition of rehearsal and fluid sequence of processes, freed from the obsessive persistence of striving for an end result. A convention where compositions doubt the constant variable of bodily and spatial proximity. Bodies our defined, not as points in space, but rath- er by their in between distance. They still signify and hold the capacity to carry meaning.
