AMOQA and AntiPlay Boy the Label are welcoming you to the 7” inch lathe cut release of NVLTxNRTTL_____mies - FANTASIA=IKKUNA and AMOQA’s closing party for the summer.

NVLTxNRTTL_____mies - FANTASIA=IKKUNA is a sound art project by Kirsikka Ruohonen (Adikia) and Salla Lahtinen from Helsinki. The album has been developed for their collaborative exhibition project called FANTASIA=IKKUNA.
The 7inch lathe cut and the digital release include four nasty pop sounds with lyrics based on several disgussions with men held in random online chat boxes.

Kirsikka Ruohonen's work studies the female gaze and self objectification. Her current projects include mixed media paintings, illustrations and rap music. She is currently working on her debut release under the alias Adikia, a Dirty South –inspired, angry and cool feminist MC.

AntiPlay Boy the Label is an independent record label which supports, promotes and releases sounds from female experimental musicians and sound artists, fabulous queers, feminists, factious pop stars and last but not least, failed musicians.
The aforementioned actions are willing to destabilize sound art and alternative music from the male dominance and the masculine attitudes.
