T.A.F. / the art foundation presents the group exhibition of contemporary ceramics entitled "8 Dimensions", curated by Antigoni Pantazi.

Ceramic artist Antigoni Pantazi invites the public to a unique artistic gathering of eight women who aim to express their personal insight through the art of ceramics.

Eight creative individuals with different lives, experiences and artistic pursuits, get together and join forces to offer a multidimensional experience to the public. Starting from their love for ceramics and having Antigoni's studio as their meeting point, the artists aim to highlight their unique creative "dimension" on this ancient yet always contemporary art. Through this interaction, the studio is transformed into a hive of research, creativity, support and exchange of ideas. The audience will have the opportunity to witness the creative outcome of this encounter at T.A.F.'s art space.

Antigoni Pantazi has been active in the ceramics field since 1998. Having completed

her studies in Ceramic Art in Great Britain, she aims to promote contemporary and artistic ceramics in Greece by organizing seminars and exhibitions.

Participating artists:

Dimitra Leventi: Using a childhood memory as a starting point, she experiments with porcelain, creating imaginative, colorful sea urchins.

Konstantina Michopoulou: Her work focuses on social issues, such as stereotypes, racism and classism which she explores through ceramic forms combined with glaze experimentation.

Antigoni Pantazi: Motivated by the emotions provoked by the clouds and their symbolisms, she explores the juxtaposition of the dreamy against the real.

Efstathia Papageorgopoulou: Through her eyes a new world comes alive! With
colorful forms, bright and happy, earthy and at the same time unreal, she invites us to discover it!

Aggeliki Peleki: Through archaic forms she highlights the timeless charm of ceramics, the art that survives throughout the ages in the ravages of time.

Theodora Stasinopoulou: Inspired by nature, she creates with the intention to look for the inner child and its rebirth.

Maria Stavropoulou: She experiments with texture and materials, exploring the
contrast between geological and organic, aiming to find balance through these contradictions.

Asimina Halkiti: She creates impressive textures and vividly painted surfaces playing with contrasts and symbolisms.
